Shinrin Yoku Translates from Japanese to English as 'Forest Bathing' used as a therapeutic means of wellbeing derived from being in nature.

These are the first tracks I've ever recorded and produced. Also *tried* to mix as best as I could but I must give a massive thank you to Vertiis for mastering them for me. When I started making these tracks I wanted to make this EP about all the failings and weaknesses of my character and it's almost turned into a narcissistic self loathing piece of work. A lot of that shows through. But its a very cathartic, raw and empowering way of working through negative emotions that people tend to shut down or try and remove their existence from the psyche. Since I've got an extreme amount of influences ranging over a multitude of different sub genres what I've made is an amalgamation of many different styles differing track by track in an ode to commemorate the closing of my teenage years. Even if they're not the most highly polished. Enjoy. Or not. If you want the music you can download it for free.
